Advice on my phd...Any help would be nice...?

I have a mba from texas a %26amp; m but I have realised that I would like a phd prefferably in human resources or organizational leadership. What are some suggestions on where i should begin looking? What are some good schools that offer these programs?Advice on my phd...Any help would be nice...?
Organizational leadership is probably a better subject for a PhD. HR is more of a professional degree, and you already have that in your MBA. There are many good schools--try www.collegeboard.org, and check out UTAustin--I think they have a good program. Look at the college catalogs for the courses and the interests of the faculty. Columbia has one of the best PhD in Org Leadership, so start with their courses, although there are many good programs out there. The right department (with faculty you like) is really crucial for your PhD, so it's good to do your homework and really investigate all your options.Advice on my phd...Any help would be nice...?
It would probably only be helpful to get a PHd in those fields if you wanted to teach at the college level. Otherwise, a one year master's or even a certificate combined with your MBA would service you fine in the work world.
