I remember last week I took 2 epsom salt baths. The night before the pain, I took my last epsom salt bath in cold water for about 30 minutes or so. I heard the salt can cause dehydration. I just can't think of anything else. It feels like someone is pinching me up and down my leg and my knees hurt. I also DO NOT excercise at all, and walk very little, just to and from work, a couple of minutes. I am overall healthy, slender person, but wondering if this could be serious?For the past 3 days, I have been having shooting pains down my leg. Any advice what caused this?
Magnesium deficiency - eat more foods rich in this wonderfull little mineral. ie: leafy green vegies, nuts and seeds and cold water fishes such as tuna, salmon, sardines and whiting.
Magnesium is needed in our bodies to keep our veins and arteries healthy and flexible. If we don't supply our bodies with enough it will leach supplies from our bones and muscles, thus twitching, cramping, and muscle soreness will ensue.
CHEERSFor the past 3 days, I have been having shooting pains down my leg. Any advice what caused this?
could be a pinched nerve on your back
bath salts do not cause dehydration
they increase circulation
sounds like you might have a pinched nerve due to a back strain
you're NOT healthy if you do not exercise
Core exercises strengthen the abs which in turn -%26gt;
strong abdominals protect the back
and a unhealthy diet?
tsk, tsk, tsk
