It is one day before I have to run one mile for a fitness test. I want to run it in under 7 min 15sec. Advice?

Four months ago, I ran one mile in 7 minutes 53 seconds. I am twelve years old. I will be running mostly on grass, and a little bit on hard surfaces. I will be running with others.It is one day before I have to run one mile for a fitness test. I want to run it in under 7 min 15sec. Advice?
Make sure you have good running shoes. Like Jack said, eat lots of pasta, although one mile is not a hell of a long distance. Once you're feeling energetic, you'll find it much easier to run faster and longer.
