Need advice for purchasing Skull Candy's, are they worth the money?

Thinking of picking some up soon. Firstly, are they compatible with ipod classics? Or are they compatible with any type of ipod? Secondly, are they durable and what is your opinion of the sound quality? Lastly, are there any particular ones that shine above the rest?

They're compatible with everything expect the 1st Gen Iphone. They're pretty good but a tad overpriced for what you get. Bite the financial bullet and get the Bose ones.
skull candy suck. get yourself a pair of Altec Lansings.
I have tried the snoop dogg edition , i dont own it but my friend has it , it has amazing bass and sound clarity , they are durable , but then again any medium size head phones of a good brand are. My advice is if you can get a synnheiser or sony at a cheaper price , they provide better sound , especially the HD or Hd bass ones. even TDK is really really good. I bought one for the quarter price of a skull candy and it had almost the same sound quality.





To be honest skull candies are more of a fashion statement , so if you think its worth that much more for something that looks pretty and might go out of fashion in a while ?





Or get regular headphones, which might never run out of fashion ,, well not at least for a long long time.
