I am masterbating from 7th stantard . Still now i have not have sex with women. although i can't able to control it. In a day i masterbat 3 to 4 times. i got fear of aids now days. Please advice how to control. Is it i affected by HIV for the continous masterbating. You should only be masturbating about three to four times a week three to four times a day is a bit excessive and could carry health consequences such as:
