Not having normal periods need advice on what could be wrong with me?!?

I've been off the pill since July of 2006 and still have not concieved. My periods have not been regular since i got off the pill and didnt know what could be wrong with me. I started the begining of January of 07 then didnt start at all until March 10th.. so i skipped the whole month of Feb. Then I started April 10th so i assumed my periods were back to normal. Now its July 8th and i havent had a period since April 10th...didnt know if anybody else is having these problems or might know whats wrong with me. I took 2 pregnancy tests and both came out negative and i have no symptoms at all of pregnancy. Any kind of advice would be great!! THANK YOU!Not having normal periods need advice on what could be wrong with me?!?
You need to stay *off* the pill consistantly for at least three months to give your body time to normalize. Once you get regular cycles, you have about a 25% chance of conceiving each month that you try. If you're under the age of 35 (my guess is you are) and you haven't gotten pregnant within 12 months of actively trying and *not* using any birth control of any sort, you need to see a fertility specialist.

In the meantime, you should have your regular gyn check you for thyroid dysfunction. If you're borderline high or low, you may have no symptoms of a thyroid disorder and yet have your fertility seriously affected. A borderline low thyroid can cause very long, irregular cycles, for example. Not having normal periods need advice on what could be wrong with me?!?
Go see your quack (sorry, Doctor). Irregular periods are not unusual,. However, given that you're now 2+ months since your last period, you're either pregnant or you need medical advice.(Or possibly both)!
If you've been on the pill a long time it could be that...your body adjusting or it could be stress that can really mess up your periods. See your GP.

Good luck.
The pill can mess up your cycles and periods and hormones. It can take time for all this to regulate itself.

Go to your doctors and they will check your homone levels.
go to the doctor! =] we cant test your vag...they can!
I'm in a similar situation as you and I've just been to my GP and he's arranged for blood tests to check my hormone levels, my thyroid and whether I'm anaemic or not (I am bleeding too much rather than too little) I suggest you do the same as there could be a medical reason why this is happening.
possibilties i know of: anorexia/other eating disorder/malnutrition, growth or other problem with the pituitary gland or the uterus, residual side effects from the pill

check out the site below, it might help! good luck!

see ur gp as the reason why u cant concieve could be the messy periods! ive never tried for a baby so got no real advce however i bleed every ten bloody days so count ur self lucky honesT!
I hate to tell you this but it is only JUNE.
There's a chance you aren't ovulating, or you have PCOS. You can try taking Vitex (keep in mind you won't see results for about 3 months with this). It levels out your progesterone so your body can ovulate normally and regularly. Also try taking B6 (500 mg/day) this will level out your estrogen.

Assuming that hormones are your issue.

You may want to talk to a doctor - they can run tests to see if you're ovulating. You can still have a period without ovulation.
the pill supposively can lessen or rid your period all together i hear..
